    It's not difficult at all, trust me. I am very electrically challenged and I had absolutely no problems installing. Basically all you do is install bed lights under bed rails, connect wire coming from light strips to switch, run wire from switch up to engine bay and it connects into the fuse box under the hood. Easiest installation ever

    Tacoma VT, how'd the install go with temps in the 20s. I've been holding off til Spring but I'm dying to get mine installed. Lights are just sitting in the package on my back seat.

    I installed them in a heated garage. I let truck get warm over night, and left it in the garage for a night after the install. I definately wouldnt do it in the cold. The adhesive wouldnt stick well I bet.

    I have decided to temporarily reduce my pricing to $90 short bed and $95 long bed LED light kits.

    PM me if you'd like to purchase "The original 5050 LED bed light kits" V2.


    • My lighting connections are all soldered and not crimped.
    • Bed wires are hidden in black wire harness so there are no ugly exposed wires and crimps.
    • The Inline fuse is waterproof
    • Medium duty toggle switch (not a mini toggle)
