    If I am in my mid 30's living at home, spending money on my truck do society a favor and shoot me.

    I used to be friends with a dude that is 25 now, lives at home, no job, no degree, not in school. His parents are the hardest working people I have ever met. His younger sister is in law school. Meanwhile his parents buy him everything he wants including this.

    Yeah that's why I paid to get mine done, although I've taken the lens off and I feel confident I could at least do a mini projector retrofit. Even the FXRs wouldn't be so bad if you had a spare housings.

    You get the pelfrey roof rack yet? And how was the snorkel install?

    I have an exam next tuesday so I am hoping to get that install going after that if I have a lull between exams for other classes.

    Well I did it by myself and it took me twice as long as it should have (6 hours:( ).

    First of all I double check everything a million times. Also I didn't have a good set of wrenches to work with. Make sure you have some ratcheting wrenches.

    Second I did it at work so I kept having to go do work things. lol

    It was really easy it just took me a long time for some reason. Especially to get all the nuts on (ratcheting wrench is key). There is one in particular that is hard to reach.

    There was one bolt for the factory air box that I couldn't get to line up. It was the one near the windshield washer tank. If I bolted that it would pull too far away from the elbow to get a good seal.

    I initially had it on, but after checking in it I could tell the seal had been broken. Since I took that out, reseated it, reseated it and it appears much better.

    One thing I did that I don't see others doing. Is I pushed the elbow through the hole so that the hose clamp to factory air box hose could be on the inside of the engine bay.

    Overall it was damn easy.

    Yeah it does! I didn't mind it without them, but way better with them.
