While cutting, I try to save all my 'desires' for my carb load on Sat. So far, for this coming up carb load, I've got a 20 oz. Coke, a baked potato, and now fruit loops on the line-up. Thanks haha.

 

This has probably been discussed but does anyone here use the grips that make a normal barbell feel like a fat bar? I thought they were a joke until I saw a guy at my local gym using them.

 

I'm tempted to ask the guy if I can jump in for a set just to try them. I overheard him talking about them to someone else the other day and seems to think theres a benefit.

 

I haz fat gripz. Love em/hate em. You're weight goes down when used properly but sometimes the bar is too small or too big and it's just awkward.
