Four times in the last 20 days, my truck (08 6spd) has reset the clock on startup. I also disable the seatbelt chime and that also comes back on each time the clock resets.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    Possible loose/bad ground connection?

This is a new one, I have never heard of this happening.

You can disable the chime with the OD reset button. There is a sequence to do it.

I wasn't necessarily looking for that information myself.

Just curious what exactly he meant and if he did any modifications lately that could've screwed something up....or caused a loose connection or something.

Thank you for the responses. I used the above quoted sequence to disable the chime. It does, however, disable the passenger side without you having to sit in the seat.

No wiring or electrical mods other than installing a Yaesu 1802M FM radio in the truck. I ran the wiring (protected in that black tube stuff) directly to the battery terminals. Actually, I think I will check again and make sure the connections are tight. That is the only radio-related install I could see being the culprit as nowhere do the radio wires touch anything else. The radio was installed for 5 months before this came up.

This trouble first started when I cranked the truck as normal one day and the engine seemed to catch. I turned the key off 'start' and the truck died. That was the first time it happened.

I bet you didn't properly fasten the legs of those battery cables in correctly- thats what it sounds like. A lot of the radio guys I talk to would say that the best way to wire your radio is to take your positive off of a cigarette lighter and send negative to ground. That radio draws 10A +- peak.
