At least they didn't tell you that the noise was coming from the muffler bearings, or that you were low on blinker lubricant and it was causing a headlight rattle.

 

True. But I still want my noise fixed

 

Kinda sad they need to post nudes to raise awareness for their sports. Granted, I ain't complaining, but still, it's sad.

That's ridiculous.

Just drain your oil, run it, blow up the engine, refill it with oil and be like "well there's the problem. Can I just swap that capacitor out?"

 

Sad for them; happy for the rest of us.

I just called after calming down alittle and left a message for the service manager as well as the general manager. If I don't hear back from them then I will contact the director of operations as well as the owner/president.

 

Interesting. Hopefully that nonsense will get resolved and they will fix your truck

I did a pull in 1st gear. Spun my tires up to 35mph lol. Much torque. I contribute most of that to sand, but still, I heard squealing, so I successfully left school the proper way for the day.

 

What were you pulling?

 

Put truck in 1st gear. Disable traction. Slam foot on skinny pedal. Weeeeee!!!!!

Around here, "pulling" means actually pulling something, like a trailer, or another truck.

I just got my truck back after talking with general manager. He stood by his people which I would expect but he also said he hadnt spoken with the individual on the phone. Now after my ruckus they found a noise coming from the fuel pressure regulator. Special order part from California. I left the yard with a noise worst than I have ever heard so maybe they were in the right spot

 

Yeah, same here. Most of my coworkers drive 2wd cars, and half of them can't drive to save their lives. Add to that the plow guy who comes through the parking lot once per storm regardless of depth of snow and I've had to help them out of their spots many times. Not to mention people on the roads. Sheesh.

Fuel Pressure Regulator = layman's term for flux capacitor, you know.
