I have some weatherpacks but I'm sure you can get something similar from a certain place if it's anything like Cat. I assume you can solder, let me know if you need help though.

I've actually never played around with solder. I've watched it, but that's about it.

Hmm, perhaps a mod day at Max's place sometime in the future is in order. :D
I need to relocate my winch solenoid too. My lack of soldering skills is holding that up too.

Mod day at Max's would be awesome! Let's set a date and I'll get my hands on soldering equipment

Nice Looking Truck Dude ... not taking anything away from all the work you done on your Taco, but the background views are beautiful. Dont get many snow capped mountains in the east. Maybe a couple hills but ... great looking dog too

Thanks. The scenery out here definitely trumps the taco.

    Awesome looking rig Skidooman.
I just picked up a new (`13) DCSB/TX, in white, and would like to do many of the same mods.
Unfortunately, most mods are going to take a back seat to getting another project finished first; `68 Corvette.

Sorry about your loss of Hank.
Best dog I have ever hunted behind was a German Short Hair (Rex).

Funny story, I was supposed to get a 69 Corvette Stingray when I turned 16, but it was deemed too fast by my Dad. Probably a wise choice actually. It was then sold.:( The plates on my truck are actually the plates that were on the car, that's all I got from it. What kind of plans do you have for the vette?

Thanks for the kind words about Hank, we still miss him. He was an awesome dog.

The `Vette was purchased from a co-worker who had owned it for almost 40 years.
The car had modifications made to the fenders/flares and rear tail/lights, as well as engine swap to 350.
That being said, the car was cheap to purchase (set inside shed~30yrs), and needed many things done to it. The front suspension is ready to go back together, all new calipers, gas tank, lines, side mount exhaust, and Dart 400 CI short block/aluminum heads have been purchased. Just needs to warm up so I can get back to work on it.
4 Speed car and my `plans` are to just `have some fun` with it.

No... Spent a week down at Frontsight, and had a bunch of other stuff going on. They are sitting in the box in my shop...
