Working late sucks....

Whats up people, well im working on some stuff i have to turn in tomorrow, and i was wondering who else is working too at this moment........

 

I've been here at work since 12 midnight. I get off a 8am.....
Thank Gawd, I go back to 1st shift next week.

I hate shift work...

 

sucks for you chumps! i never work past 6PM. although sometimes i have to be in at 5.... i hate those mornings

 

The first year that i began working on my own there were days i had to work day and night for 2 or 3 days in a row getting just a couple of hours to sleep.... Reminds me of:

 

I put in 92 hours last week and I don't get paid overtime. Yeah, it sucks big time.

 

haha! i use to think Dilbert was funny until i started working for GE, now i just think its too true to be funny anymore....

 

actually i did have to work a 36 hour shift one time. that sucked in a major way

 

Yea man, i know what it feels like...... sucks

 

i work 6p-6a, but i love it. only 3 days one week and 4 the next. no complaints

 

i would love to work 3 twelves or 4 tens or something like that! i hate working 5 days a week

 

Shift work sucks !!! But ya gotta do what ya gotta do... im usually stuck on Alpha shift myself. I also get mandatory overtime since were short on manpower. Well at least i get OT pay, and hazard pay as well.

 

Yeah, you ain't kiddin. Here lately, I've been rotating around 1,2,3. Each rotation is 4 weeks. And I work every other weekend. I just got off 3rd shift.... Weekends are time & half which is nice. My job pays very well and there's nothing else I could do (with my experience) to make what I do.

we work 7:30am to 4pm......with the occasional ot! i really wish my company would go to four 10 hour days.......thats awesome being off on fridays!!

 

I'm in on my first night right now....18:00-08:00,We work two days,two nights,4 days off.

 

Unless you're on the front line puttin' "our boys" back together there is no way you should be working those hours, time to adjust. Good luck.
