Thanks rob but I was already in the mix of it. It was a HUGE fire I could see the smoke and flames well before I rolled up on it. It was on the south bound side so they were totally shut down but the north was slow due to asshole rubber neckers .

Yea I cant wait to have this at the front door!

One of my friends works at a Bearing and driveshaft company. Im going to most likely do the work at his house anyway. But he will bring them to work and shorten the rear and lengthen the front. Im still trying to find a cheap rear extra Tacoma driveshaft setup so maybe I can have it done before I start the swap. I already have the extra front shaft.

Nice that will keep things cheap. I'll keep a eye out for a rear shaft for you.

$100 isn't bad for a pass these days, I suppose.
It's just that I grew up skiing a mountain where a season pass cost you $350.
Plus I got mine for free once I started playing patrolman.

Exactly why we got out early this AM...

With one fell swoop I got rid of all the "Honey-doo's" ;), Day-care got

X-mas a 3rd time from Pepere' ( toys & books to young for the elementary school) ,two business-bank runs for Reverie ( happy wife-happy life :) ), last clothes/clutter run to Goodwill and a quick stop at the store for "supplies".....because we inherited 2 granddaughters care of 1/2 day at Day Care..

Everybody be safe and enjoy a SNOW-DAY.....

College ski club used to get us season passes to Whiteface and Gore for $200. Skiing prices these days have gotten out of hand. I go once a year now if I'm lucky, can't justify the cost any longer. It's sad, I really want to be able to go with my son but I'm not sure I'll be able to swing it.

Yeah, when I was in college I used to get the "all east" pass, which at that point ran about $400 or so. But the slope I grew up skiing, patrolmen and snowmakers are all volunteers, so if you put in 100 hours in a season you got a free family pass. 10 nights of making snow got you a free season's pass, or 12 days of patrolling, basically.

Maybe look into if there's any ski clubs in your area that do something similar?

Or maybe set up a ski pass group buy on here, haha!!

Its a shitshow out there. Alot of people on the roads that shouldn't be. Pulled 4 people out. A expedition high centered on a curb at a gas station, a work van and 240sx with bald tires in the middle of new haven, and a fed ex truck stuck in parking lot. Good times.

    Same here... :(
You're a better man than me. As far as I'm concerned, a fender bender resulting in no personal injury and minimal damage is the best place for people who either haven't set up their vehicles properly for winter or can't drive in this crap. They're safer there than on the roads with the rest of us.

Have they upped your hours again yet, or are you still averaging 2 per week?

Kendra left work early and said 95 wasn't plowed. She said there was quite a bit of heavy snow and slush piling up on the roads. It's coming down really hard here now, I think the accumulations will be higher than predicted.

Yeah, that sounds like a good time...

I know that a lot of municipalities have pretty much burnt through their budgets for the season (not to mention their supplies of salted sand and calcium). Around here they're only plowing once or twice a storm now. On the one hand it's nice because it keeps more of the dummies at home, but on the other hand a higher percentage of the few dummies who do venture out end up in ditches or in the way.

Awesome. I'll probably head home at like 330 or so to try to avoid the evening commute.

It's coming down pretty hard here in north Attleboro. looks nice and heavy.
