I've really only have one place I go shoot unrestricted, at my folks house. I can stretch about 250 yards, but can only shoot in one direction at our puny backstop of railroad ties.

Did the shooter say "50 yards would have been catastrofactic"?

My dad mutters strange made up things some times. Introduction to public school took some adjustment when I tried to share my learned vocabulary.

I bought my dad a scope for is .243 Rem 700, and let him test it out on his birthday with a "dresser". That was his reaction.

Nice. At this rate maybe CA will have reciprocity with CO CCW holders next month when we take a trip out there. lol

I was being facetious. I won't be applying for anything while I'm in California you can count on that. If it wasn't for the fact that I proposed to my wife there 10 years ago I wouldn't be going back now either.

Does anyone know where I can buy some 1911 80% frames? Gun broker has no selection and over priced and Brownells wants a FFL. That kinda defeats the purpose of building my own. I want to build one in 9mm and one in .40 SW. I like the gov model I think it is standard full size. I've built 3 AR15's an AR10 a 10/22 and a custom 700 from all from 80% receivers and want to replace my glocks now. Oh and an AK to! Thanks guys

I thought it was impressive with me hitting 100 yards with my 1911, 300 m is super impressive. I love shooting long range with my pistol, but that is just wow

I've got two of them and one of the older WASR-10s. The new 63s are much better than the older ones although I've never had an issue with it either. Mine are surprisingly accurate for what they are. The(stock) Tapco trigger helps with that. Congrats.:proposetoast:
