And go ahead and get the 6" kit less work to do later. I have 33's and am happy.

Haha nice. Mines more of looks as well. Flat trails if anuthing. Did you have to regear once uou got in that 35" bracket? I found some pics of your truck with the tundra rims on a 3" setup and loved the look.

I loved the look as well..just wanted wider. ..I have not re geared although I need too..4runner project taking up my truck money right now..honestly..I'd go with the 4" setup, tundra wheels, 285/70/17 terra grapplers..I think you'd be very happy with it..plus it will ride just like it does now..later on you can throw a set of bilstein 5100s to improve the ride and even gain some lift if you wanted

    Hello folks,

I installed these today on the rear hubs. I also replaced my shoes/drums while I was there. I used a thin line of red loc-tite for each OEM stud & torqued them to 85 ft lbs. I already drove 69 miles on them. I ordered them from Wheelers Offroad because I prefer the black finish over blue. However, if black wasn't available I would have bought the blue ones.

Still waiting for the Spindles to show up. They were scheduled for today but I guess that bad weather may have delayed it.

Thank you all for the guidance & info!
    :D

Anyone running the Maxtracs with a 18" wheel, 5" BS and O offset? Will it work without a spacer? I know a 17" wheel requires 4.5" BS but thinking an 18" wheel might clear the spindle with 5"BS.

Yeah that is what I think i will do. Now just to find a set of those damn tundra rims with a decent price. Craigslist :spy:

How were the terra grapplers in rain do you remember? The majority of my Cali driving is Hot out or Rain. Current tires are horrid in rain or even small puddles for that matter.

Yeah. I was surprised also. I wonder if that's something exclusive for Wheelers Offroad?

Went to go install some light racing uca's into these maxtrac's but they dont fit. Anybody else have this problem? I already know you answer too Chris. This is what doesnt fit, from the end of the threaded area to the rubber bushing wont fit into the spindle.

My Icon uniball taper pins didnt quite fit either. It almost made it through but the threads of the taper pin got hung up at the bottom of the hole in the spindles. I just took a round file to it and cleaned up the bottom edge and they eventually just slid in.
