Hey guys I know this has been discussed before the discussions have really answered my questions. I have a 96 4x4 tacoma 3.4.

Recently I bought a t100 rear end for 300 bucks, I know itl bolt up fine.
Yet today someone came to me with a 2006 tundra rear end with only 88k on it, it's got an OEM LSD and he only wants 200 bucks for it. How easy it to make the tundra rear end work and will the brakes work with 15 inch wheels?
I want to run the tundra one instead especially since it's LSD but not sure if there is any trouble along with running it while the t100 rear end I already have will bolt up fine

The t100 and tundra axle are the same as is the diff. In fav the diff is the exact same as your tacomas diff.

The tundra and the t100 axle will not just bolt up. You need to cut off and reweld new spring perches as they are wider since the whole axle is 6" wider.

Okay, yeah I know that's why I want them so I mount my bypasses on the outside of the frame and so the rear will be close to as wide as the front
