That last part sounds about right. I was cutting here and cutting there to get things to fit it their new locations, chiefly, clearance for the front upper link and moving the drivetrain back (had to cut the firewall for the back of the engine, bell housing was too close to the tranny hump, shifters moved back, and initially I was wanting to clock the tcase as much as possible, which required more floor removal but I ended up changing that).

Also the bump for the OEM gas tank pissed me off and I needed clearance for the rear upper links anyway haha. It would've looked like a shitty hack job in the end if I just patched up what was minimally cut for the above mods. If I build it right, I should be able to remove the tcase/crawlbox/tranny with a shop crane (up and out or drop down) instead of trying to crawl around underneath and use a transmission jack

Starting with a clean slate will look MUCH better in the end (I hope :anonymous:) and the best part is that cutting the floor out make it SUPER f*&#ing easy to work and weld on the truck.

We'll see where the boss allocates my return to this year...not that I NEED anything, but one could always use a set of 40's

And np...I spend so much damn time online, at least someone can capitalize on the deals!

See you in the am, just let me know when your close-ish. Chances are I will be out in the garage already, hopefully going to get some more kerosene tonight. :D

Yeah, the Kevlars are at the lowest $$ I've seen in awhile ($501 currently) so I figured now is a good time as any.

20 gal fuel cell is here. Some major uh... 'modifications' to occur to the build design when I make the cage *hopefully* this week. :spy: And yes Monte, it includes more cutting on the cab.
