Going to pick up some 1-1/2" pipe today. Any thoughts on transporting 20' sticks without a rack? I don't need the length so I'm probably going to have them cut in half and just throw them in the bed with a flag.

Haha. I hadn't considered the back window. I still think I'll get them cut in half because I have to store them in the loft. I have high ceilings, but 20ft is a bit much.

 

SR5s can be 265s or 245s, depending on the option package. Mine is a 245.

about midnight last night, i had that same oh shit moment, when i realized you were going to have a hell of a time transporting a 20 foot long, 55 lb piece of steel. looks like somebody needs an OOR roof rack

worst case scenario, you can borrow my trailer to pick it up. it's in a storage unit a few miles southwest of your office. i can alway just give you the gate code to go grab it if needed.
