    Flowmaster 50 series suv exhaust, K&N air filter, secondary filter removal, 5% window tint, Bilstein 5100 adj. with OME coils
    All I did was remove the factory air box so now the air has free flow into the engine. Does anyone know if this will help performance, MPG, or anything along those standards?

    yea I still got my K&N, so it should be clean air going into the engine right?

    The air now will be around 100 + degree's due the the fact it's being pulled from the engine compartment rather than the fender.
    I'd keep your airbox on.

    I wouldn't run it like that at all. Either buy an intake or run it stock.

    i'll put my digital thermometer around the intake after its warmed up and see what the temp difference is between that and the fender is

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Unless your thermometer can read air flow, your wasting your time. Removing the intake tubing gives no benafit to the engine, and it will loose performance.
