Weird, I dropped it off that same evening. I always use the same box and have never had issues before. I'll swing by the post office today to check on it and I will keep you posted.

Ok so we can get extended lines too. Do we just give you the measurements or is it already set at extended measurements? Is it the same price?

    Hi,

I just need to know your lift size and the lines will be custom made to fit your lift. The cost stays the same regardless of the lift size.

Not sure if someone already addressed this, as I'm still working through the thread. Just wanted to add a little word of caution to this good advice. Brake fluid is highly flammable and happens to burn very hot. Brake cleaner is also flammable. Just use caution when your aiming the flame. Don't ask how I know...

Thanks. May be getting in on this one next paycheck or so.

Thanks for the heads up. I know you said not to ask, but I'm curious if you found that out the hard way?

I FINALLY got around to installing my new brake lines yesterday (even though I received them within about two days of ordering!). At first I just moved the truck out of the garage and didn't notice much of a difference, but today I drove it around town and WOW! What a difference! The brakes are MUCH better and much more responsive. No more "squishy" feeling. I hit the brakes to let a car in front of me and just about sent my dog through the windshield!!!
Seriously, GREAT upgrade. Anyone doing this should also think about getting a Power Bleeder by Motive and a set of their catch bottles. Bleeding the brakes is SO much easier to do and you can do it by yourself. Makes the job much, much less of a pain.
Thanks again OCTaco for this GB, it is a GREAT deal!!
    Ken
