    i do but it's a 700 dollar phone, and its kinda big, and i don't have a lotta room on there for music, and my battery dies super fast. i use to have a ipod nano 3rd gen. that bitch last a week without a charge. but a 120lb dumbbell broke it when i rested on it setting up for bench. i i don't want that to happen to my phone.

    I can't be the only person in here that didn't watch that shit lol

    If there aren't any old people in the gym, I try to keep it on hard rock, classic rock or rap. If the old folks and ladies are there, I either keep it on top 20 hits or pop....fukn sucks.

    i listen to the new dubstep stuff and speed metal. people keep saying oh i like old dubstep, they just sound like a robot having a seizure with their "wob wob wob" bullshit, new stuff are just remakes of old songs that i like, with people actually singing, not some bitch screaming for 5 seconds with some douche nozzle randomly pressing FX buttons like whack-a-mole

    DBZ and Pokemon chat!? Just missed it... I'm a nerd who wishes he could relive his childhood sometimes. On a related note I threw up 255 on the bench for a new 1RM on Monday. I figure not bad for a tall lanky fucker. Makes me think that the unattainable goal of 300 might not be so impossibly unattainable after all.

    That's a weird number to shoot for.
    315 = 3 plates.
    310 = 2 plates, 2 - 35's, 2 - 5's, and 2 - 2.5's.

    I've just started going to the gym. As of a few weeks ago. Gonna be lurking on here for pointers, still new to lifting... Really new... But I'm already noticing improvements.

    Any good workouts to focus on my forearms? For shoulder and chest exercises my forearms are fatiguing before the targeted muscles are... So it feels like I'm not being pushed as hard as I could be.
    Thanks!

    back day today was good until at set 5 of rack pulls grip started to fatigue and ripped my hand pretty bad(blood, skin, all that good stuff), so i called it a day, only did 2 lifts, barbell rows and rack pulls. :(

    i find that holding exercise help with forearm fatigue the most, i always hold the bar for a extra 10 seconds on my shrugs or deadlifts on most sets.
