I did go out and check the bushings on my UCA's and they are starting to go out. I ordered the upgraded bushings from src and will try and get around to installing them soon.

That's correct. The sleeves are starting to pull through the rubber bushings.

 

I like stiff coils...what can I say.

rent a balljoint press from Oreilly's and use that to press the inner sleeve out of the rubber bushing.

 

My head is too big, I usually have to cut the lining of the hat to make it fit. True story.

 

Think that would be easier than using a vice with a couple of sockets?

 

If you have a nice BIG shop vice maybe.
