Need some help guys, I have 5100 and 884 springs and want to assemble them now but I'm not sure where to buy that top plate that holds them together. Any ideas , hopefully besides the dealership. Thanks for your help

Any Parts store should be able to get them.

I picked mine up at http://www.rockauto.com/ but the selection of parts for a 2014 Tacoma looks a little light atm. Guess that doesn't really help you this instant.

Thanks I'll take a look. I've had these since my 11 so I can wait a little while longer . Does anyone think the assembly is different on a 2013 compared to 2014?

Just an FYI...You know that you can assemble them on the truck without needing a spring compressor, right? You can reuse your stock top plate also.

It is a safe and easy method.

Just google "Replace tacoma shocks without a spring compressor" There is a step by step youtube video.
