Bought my 07 4wd 4dr Tacoma used 2 years ago with 75K miles and no record of maintenance performed. Now I'm coming up on 100K and want to keep her fit for another 100K. Problem is I've been low on cash for awhile, and I'm not sure which maintenance should take priority at this mileage. I'm on schedule with oil changes, air filters, brakes and tires. Things I'm worried about are other fluid changes, spark plugs, belts, hoses, etc. I'd really appreciate any advice on keeping my truck healthy. Thanks!

If you can change your own oil, the differentials and transfer case are easy. Changed all 3 of mine and put synthetic in for about $70. Non-synthetic obviously is much cheaper.

You're highest priority at this point....

    1) Change oils in front & rear differentials
    2) Lubricate Driveshaft ujoints/grease zerks
    3) Change oil in transfer case

All of these can be easily done by yourself with the proper tools / fluids / grease.

Plugs should have been done at 90k along with your diff fluids.

Dont forget to flush your coolant too. Its a 100k service. Use the Toyota long life coolant and you don't have to worry about it for a long time

Thanks for reminding me. This truck is coming up on 2 yrs old now, and I've always thought a full reverse flush is a good measure every two years.
