I think Phoenix is stricter but outside there is little to no laws. My dad is looking at property by Heber az. 2 hrs ne of Phoenix. We might be zonies together.

I thought there was some law where if your vehicle is registered out of state your drivers license has to be registered to the same state or something weird along those lines which is why most people cant get away with smog exempt laws in commiefornia.

It's a gray area for sure ask Jason (speed freak). But legally where ever a vehicle is garaged is where it is supposed to be plated. IE if Gabe leaves his truck in az because it's a desert truck that where it is supposed to be tagged or my merc is garaged in Julian so it has Julian registration.
Also if two people are on the title you register it to the first name. So if Gabe and his dad own a truck together and his dads name is first it would have his dad's address.

But in both cases I do believe it is "supposed" to reside the majority of the time in the garaged area. I know several people whom own property in multiple states and have out of state plates. San Diego is nice because of the military you can blend. To my knowledge it isn't illegal but you are guilty until proven otherwise if some one complains.

I own property in Missouri. My dad's cars are registered and insured to me bit they never leave Missouri. I like the Julian hook up better because I still have a California plate. But if my dad moves to az. I might look at registering the merc and maybe the pull rig there. I'm probably going to be on the land deed anyway.

You DL is more where you are"garaged". They can be seperate.

Doug, did I let those avocados go too long? They were almost watery in my guacamole last night. It was the strangest thing. Tasty though !!

 

Probably not Jeff, like i was saying earlier this has been a shit year for my avocados,the best tree hasn't produced shit & the only one cranking them out was the tree yours came off of, the guatamallans are THE best but haven't had any this year...sucks, but i'll kick you a few more if your ready, personally I don't like them, but I'm spoiled i guess haha..
