Well it looks like i may have totaled my 05 access cab tacoma. I was going about 10 to 15 mph and rear eneded someone. His truck has not a scratch. Mine ruined [IMG] . To top it off i just bought a lift, new all terrains, new speakers, subs, tinted windows, blacked out tail lights and headlights, grill guard and tail light guards, and toolbox. Much more was to come but not anymore. Anbody that is parting out their truck or selling parts let me know so i can attempt to rebuild. Its to bad i didnt get any pics of it with all the new stuff i did to it. Luckily i hadnt put the lift on so i will save it for later.

I gathered that when he mentioned the other truck was fine, I was wondering what kind of truck did he hit, since his was totaled and the other was fine.

Ouch, sounds like what happened to my Infiniti G35 coupe. I rear ended some guy who slammed on his brakes. It totaled my car but didn't leave a scratch on his. I can't complain too much cuz I replaced it with my Taco.

Modern cars and trucks are designed to crumple in the front end to disperse the energy away from the occupents. The down side to this is the amount of damage the vehicle sustains. I would rather have a crumpled truck than a crumpled body. I am surprised, however, that you sustained enough damage to total the truck at 15 mph. That is cause for concern.
