I usually hand the owner a wal-mart bag and remind them that city ordinance requires pet owners to pick up after their animals.

Dude, that sucks, but it's not the dog's fault the owner is an idiot. Harming a dog like that for a bad owner is a douche bag move.

Try speaking to the person. A polite 'do you need a bag' will suffice, she'll take the hint. And if she doesn't, then you can get the authorities involved.

If she catches you peeing on her property, you're in trouble (I've heard you can get on the sexual offenders register for mooning, let alone getting your dong out). If you start shooting her dog, you're in trouble.

Man up and talk to her.

 Take the mature road and follow his advice - she was careless, but sitting back on the porch, watching and letting it happen doesn't make you a better person - on the contrary, you not only lowered yourself to her 'standard', you've sunk down further by your actions.

The point is you have to start with a mature reaction and not just drop to the lowest point, for example pellet gun or frozen paintball. Fact is if you react in a hostile manner the cops will show up and you will be telling us how you were hasseled by the man...man.

For me it started with the thread title, "Another People ARE IDIOTS..." LOL

Sorry for your troubles, but confronting the lady RIGHT AWAY would have been the correct thing to do. She would have felt bad, probably would have picked up the crap later, and (most importantly) this would have made sure the dog didn't pee on your wheels. Your rage would only be half of what is is now and you wouldn't be on the internet telling people you're running around peeing on peoples car tires at the 'wee' hours of the morning. Dude, seriously...

I wouldn't go leaving any DNA "evidence" on the hood of her Beemer.

At least not my own DNA.

But I agree, that people who walk their dogs & let them make a mess need to clean that mess up.

We have dogs, BTW, and when we take them out in public they aren't allowed to piss on people's cars & such. In fact, they normally will simply not do their business anywhere except in their own (my) back yard, & so I keep such walks down to a few blocks or less so it stays a habit with them.

I have no desire to pack poop. ;)

From how you worded it, it sounded like you saw it happening, you knew who did it and you did nothing about it (other than pee on the woman's wheels - which she probably wouldn't have noticed anyway). Sounded to me like you didn't have the stones to say anything to her.

Do whatever you want, just don't post another whining thread about how you got arrested for shooting her dog/peeing on her property etc
