    If there are no tards in the gym, I can go without music. Music allows me to ignore all the stupid people.

    I think that's a reason why I like biking...Not that many stupid people and the one's that are stupid don't last long :)

    btw, if old days of christianity were still around I bet god would say doing bicep curls on the squat rack is punishable by death. Tards who do this deserve public shaming. We can use their showy wrist wraps to tie them up. 2.5lb-ers seem equivalent to tomatoes.

    Been wanting to hit 1RM 315 for awhile now, just never have a spoter I trust. I hit consistent 275, then I lost it, been less motivated and now at 225. Feel your pain.

    Welcome and glad you're gymming it!

    Make sure you're doing the right form and lighten the weight till you feel it... Forearm workouts are "meh" but if you do the exercises without any type of assist (wrist straps or hooks) your forearms will grow... When you do back exercises they'll grow too.. DB rows, Dead Lifts, Pull Ups.. Those all help

    Forearm workouts, if done wrong or too heavy, youll risk fucking up your wrists... You need to make sure to do weight that you can not only rep but can do it with proper form at all times
