Unsuccessful hunt

 

Is the power or ground for those tied to the brake lamp switch in the harness? Would not put it past Toyota to do something stupid like that.

Rob's skids ended up taking just under four hours, had to chop the forward mounts off as they were sitting on the cab mounts and the rears were hanging over the rear fender line. Looks like someone needs to fix their jig. Not doing them for that cheap next time.

O and I will be a happy camper when toyota stops sourcing crap a/c components.

 

It was something in the harness between where you plug it in and the bulbs, still not sure exactly what went wrong but at least I know the fix

 

In other news my phone at work is broken so i get to sit here and not do anything till it gets fixed

You see the connector in my above plug with the fucked connector due to resistance? Did any of your connections look to have any resistance? Issue with the entire A/C controls to the regulator and blower motor on my 2nd gen. Being that Right Toyota always has these items stocked, I would not think it is just limited to mine. With that being said I would not think these shitty connections are limited to just the connection at the A/C controls of the main cab harness.

 

No all of the plugs had continuity but the plug for the running light (the lights that were not working) was not making 12 volts, all the others were

 

Lol, went backwards on the Steps trail. Wanted to go up the devils staircase so we did, met a very upset pink jeep at the very top. No backing down that way hahaha

 

I hate those Pink Jeeps. They will not let you go around them going up Schnebly Hill Road in Sedona.

Reaching out for help, anyone had to drop their CB due to bad vibes? What kind/size washers should I use to slowly start dropping it and try eliminating the vibes?
