OK I'm new to this forum but I have read 1000s of posts.. (I'm OCD lol) OK so hers my problem. It started when I changed my carrier bearing... I changed everything and put it back together when I took it test run the drive shaft shook like crazy on take off I removed the ds thinking I got it out of phase and turned it 180 (didn't help) I got tired of messing with it so I went to a local Ds shop and had a one piece made.. well when I installed it thinking everything would be fixed well I was wrong now I have bad take off vibs and vibs at 45-60. I have tried 2.5 & 4 shims shims made take off shudder was worse but lost high speed vibe. So I turned shims around and take off was perfect! But I got a terrible vib at 50-60. I NEED HELP PLEASE! THANKS oh I have 5100 and add a leaf

I would take that 1 piece back and ask the guy to check the balance on it. If the balance is bad, you will get some nasty shakes as well. Other than that I think you have mostly exhausted all the options that most people try for fixing the vibes...

Not at the moment I had the shop build mine from stock shaft so its a single cardan instead of double like most tom woods shafts
