anyone have any experience with the LCE headers offered for the 22re? I've been looking and have seen the race version and the street version, and was wondering if there was a power difference? For under $400 it's not too bad, and should help squeeze a few more hp out of this 22re till i make the swap. their site says you can run the headers straight with no cat even? i'll give them a call tomorrow and see what they recommend but was curious if anyone here knew

I'm running the 1.625" race header on my race truck. I just have 2.5" straight pipe to a super trap. Headers do help those motors. My motor is a full kill raped hamster, so I can't say how much it would have helped a stock motor. But it's held up pretty well to alot of years of abuse

Crunch me some #s. I cant find any pics of the 6" fenders. I also like those fenders I posted a while back. I think they were Fiberwerx. Again, no pics or info on their site.

Oh man that really sucks! Plate the frame where you tie into it this time. Should fix the problem

Doesnt look like the frame is tearing. Looks like poor penetration. Im somewhat of an expert on that.

the frame is actually ripped. it's not the weld. luckily its only on the front side of the tube but its the same on both P and D side. yeah i should put some scab plates on when i originally did it. I have a good plan to fix and reinforce it.

It's tied to the frame in 3 spots per side. It's tied to the rollcage in 4 places and theres a beefy crossmember
