FS: complete TRS HID retrofit kit

Selling a complete TRS retrofit kit. It will come with everything you need to install. It will come with:
- brand new harness, never been used
- 2 brand new 35w 3five DSP ballasts, never been used.
- 2 Mini D2S projectors (the gen2 version, not the newest ones)
- 2 3five 35w 5k HID bulbs. Maybe have 40-50 hours on them at most.
- 2 apollo shrouds painted black.
- 2 white halo's installed inside the shrouds.

I just had FX-R's installed, so that is why I am selling my old equipment. I believe I paid $260 for all this on the group buy. Will sell for $200 shipped and paypal'd.

Do they just install in stock housing

 

Yes, no cutting involved for these. I am not sure of the in's and out's of your 97, but should be pretty straight forward.

how would you compare the quality of the d2s vs fxr? Actually a better beam pattern? can't tell? placebo affect?

 

It's probably a bit of a placebo effect. If the fx-r's are better, it's not by much. Since they both use the d2s bulbs, they are pretty close IMO. Sure I like the fx-r's better, but I just spent time and money to install
