Could the UCA be dimensionally incorrect? Take string and tape measurements every where you can and compare the two sides.

First, I've yet to get an alignment with the ltr UCAS and have it correct. Numbers might be in spec for toe, but bottom cam bolts were all pointed driver. Make sure they are both pointing similar directions. All in, out, up, or down. Not all driver, or passenger. Then make sure upper control arms are properly adjusted for caster.

Honestly, the alignments on this truck are easy. My can bolts are 90 out. Meaning wider wheel base. Then caster is set via UCA, check their sheet for stock setting. Then check toe. I measure between front tires on front. And then rear. You want 1/8" toe in. Finally check camber. Factor APEC is like 85? I just do 90 for tire wear, contact, and simplicity.

I talked to specialty products for about 30 mins this evening. He told me a few things to tell the shop to try and just take it back to them. told me to have them check the SAI numbers or whatever to see if anything is bent or whatever. I just don't know a lot about this alignment shit....

Did you tell the shop AND hand them the SPC install directions sheet? All three places I have taken my truck for an alignment (Big O Tires, Toyota Dealer, and local alignment shop) did not know that the SPC LR UCA's were adjustable for Caster AND Camber. Be sure to tell them that and hand them the SPC sheet. Maybe they failed to notice that the Camber can be adjusted by the UCA.

    Well. That's half the problem.

Get someone who knows why their doing. Show them sheet. Show them upper ball joint. And above all else have an idea what you want. Its one of those jobs now that it's so simple to get it close with the lasers anyone can do it. But that's the problem. Anyone, who doesn't know or care how to make it right.

Well, go back and try again. Be cool though. Ask to speak to tech to explain issue. They should be helpful considering work wasn't done to par. On other hand it is aftermarket parts and your at the stealership so yeah.

    Not necessarily. Unfortunately.

    Try dealership.talk to alignment tech.

What do can bolts look like right now?

I'll take a pic tomorrow.... I can't even remember....all I know is the side that's jacked up sits about one inch closer to the pinch weld than passenger tire. Tire scrubs backing out of driveway too and didn't do this before saturday

Probably caster issue. Can yoiu turn a wrench and read a tape measure? I've been meaning to do a write up on alignment. Do it yourself. Cheaper.

    Absolutely.

Strap some 3/8 flat starp to face of tire to exaggerate measurements to set toe.

Carpenter square to or even angle indicator to check camber.

Caster is pretty set using stock settings.

I put lower control arm bolts all the way out to widen wheel base. Caster should be set per Ltr spc to stock. Then set toe. You want minor toe in. Camber is up to you. 90 is my happy spot. YouTube it.

    No worries,,all been there.

I would suspect that the light racing install sheet gives you guidelines for settings,,all trucks are not the same. As per the lazy dealer, your off on the left side. They just adjusted the bottoms because they were the easiest to do. A good mechanic behind the wrenches, but a manager wanting volume and speed is not condusive to good customer service. Possibly, and not all inclusive.

It drove straight before the alignment so you must have got it close when you installed it,,then it pulled after the dealer work. As per the sheet,,it is out a bit from factory specs,,and again,,it's not factory suspension any more per say,,just the attach point.

New skins on the wheels, back down there to the dealer, find the guy on the work order who touched it and explain the differences between stock suspended and this kit. Educate yourself before going in. Your upper arm still might be off (gut instinct). Being a aftermarket setup, they are probably going to look outside of the flat rate book price and go for a 2+ hr shop fee (room for head scratching). They will probably give you a discount,,but no guarantee's. Not trying to be a doomsayer,,just preparing you for the possibility.

Done the driveway alignments before,, and still do. Another option. Read up and read some more. It can be done. Make an adjustment,,bounce the suspension,,check again,,repeat. More to it than that,,but the general idea.

Still doesn't matter. One of the alignment shops I took my truck to TWICE never adjusted the UCA and all they do is suspension work and have been in business for decades. It almost got uncomfortable because they were so ignorant.

But like I said, CAMBER can also be adjusted at the SPC LR UCA, not just caster.

And if the dealer happens lets you down again,,find a hot rod shop with a align rack. Hot rod shop might not be able to help you, but probably can send you to a reputable shop that specializes and to the guy who would know. Make some calls,,tell them your story.

I took mine to a shop that sold SPC equipment. The alignment guy had seen the LR UCA's before and knew what to do with them. You might try looking on SPC's sight and look for a local dealer and go talk to them.
