Eh, don't want a tattoo. Never really have. Like you said truck parts take precedence over everything else haha

This! After my first one I was back in the shop three months to the day later. Haven't looked back since.

 

I've just never seen anything I liked. Maybe my gf and I's verse tattooed around my ring finger if we got married. Definitely nothing very big....

 

I wouldn't do the tat ring

 

the first one really has to click and come about by itself, and you kinda know you want it. after that its much easier haha, just more expensive

 

Why? Because the whole "you may get divorced in the end"? In my opinion if you even see that as being an option that could happen in the future then don't get married. I'm in for the long haul and if it starts to get rough I'll do whatever it takes to make things right and make her happy.

I can see that. A friend of mine has gotten like 7 tattoos in the past year, and she almost had me talked into getting a tattoo of Texas with her since we both grew up there.

 

Reeks of superficiality and vapidity.

That chick is going to be (or already is) a completely useless pain in someones ass.

I have to agree. While she may look pretty in terms of bodily features. Her looks make me hate her honestly. Like Scott said, her looks give of that personality that I can't stand.

that and hand tatts to me are generally a no-go. first impression of someone will probably be a handshake, if you know what I mean

nobody gets married with the intention/foresight that includes breaking up

 

Ahh, gotcha. When I'm talking about getting that on my ring finger, I mean something that is as small as the tattoo artist can get the words. More of a personal thing to remember than to show off.

The way I see it, if you're getting married with the right intentions then you can make it work.

 

I'm waiting for my grandparents to make their next visit to japan to find out what exactly my family crest is... then I have an artist friend that's gonna make me a tribal half sleeve incorporating it

so it'll be Polynesian since I've lived here my whole life, but working in a japanese family crest since I have math for blood

no its just a tacky place to get a tattoo and its in a bad spot and will get rubbed off and faded fast

 

There's lots of guys here with traditional face tatts and they just make me think of so many nopes
