On to the 60...something is jacked up. Maybe the hub isn't assembled correctly. How did the splines look?

The whole axle looks fine. Splines are fine, the piece that the hub bearing rides on was fine, bearings in the hub seemed tight.

 

Hmm. Well it's officially a clusterfuck then. Trade it in for a Toyota as soon as possible.

I have no idea what it could be, but I can guess. Front driveline U-joints? Front ring and pinion fubar? Have you tried putting it on jack stands in 4hi to see if you can find exactly where the noise comes from (easy on the throttle, unless you are filming it in which case hammer down and put it on youtube).

My name is Ron, and I moved to Seattle uh, today. I have lived in San Diego for the last few years and just moved here for work.

Well, I haven't actually found a place yet but I arrived in town today and I am sure an apartment is soon to follow.

Also, here's the Tanasbourne Vet Emergency rig I spotted. Front/rear demello armor, didn't catch what lift. Had some LEDs and maybe a WARN winch. Yeah.... money to burn much?
