We're still looking for a few wandering people out back.
I don't think Sue would have to be worried. Need to find it first..

    Weather sucks.
More snow tonight. Running out of room to put it.
Been a lot colder this winter than usual.
No spring fever yet. Been to cold to have that feeling.
My later shift today so ill be driving home in the worse of it.
Oh well. In a few months we will be complaining about the heat..

Had an outhouse for years upstate at the in-laws weekend house. Women used a port a pottie indoors while the men used the out door facilities. Always sat on the seat with the newspaper down to heat up the seat so the ass cheeks wouldn't stick when it was below freezing:eek:

Didn't have a Sears catalogue so used he newspaper...when we put indoor plumbing in the termites took over the outhouse. Indoor plumbing was a real treat...almost like having heated a toilet seat

My grandmother, two of my aunts and cousins lived in a little coal village outside of my home town (Connellsville PA). They had an out house as all the houses did, no hot running water, heated there house with a large pot belly stove, cooked on a wood or coal burning stove. No shower or bath tub. Washed clothes in a tub, hung the out to dry even in the winter. I remember in the summer, those out houses smelled to high heaven.

Unfortunately, they are Army National Guard. The photos are already under investigation by the National Guard - and I suspect that others will get involved soon. This is horrendous. There is no more solemn and selfless act than to serve on an honor guard and as part of a burial team. I've led numerous ones over the years - and this was one of the few times where zero defects was the norm.

I hope they throw the UCMJ at them. I am totally ashamed of my Army today.
