    Bone stock. For now.
Any of y'all ever use Advocare products, or have any experience with the company? I tried some of their Spark, Catalyst, and O2 Gold, and like them all a lot. I didn't get a chance to try any of their protiens, etc.

    Dayum, that looks good!

Haha our gym pushes that shit. Overpriced pyramid scheme bullshit, IMO.

Granted, I have used Spark and Rehydrate and they work. Advocare does make good products, but everything is SOOOOO overpriced. But the thing that pisses me off the most about the company, is it's a fucking pyramid scheme. Everyone who sells it tries to get everyone they sell it to to sell it b/c they make a profit off sales of anyone who they get to start selling it, if that makes sense. Pretty much, if I sell Advocare, anyone I get to start selling it, I get a percent of everything they sell. THen they get people to start selling it, etc, etc. It's bullshit...don't get roped in. There are like 50 people at our gym that sell that shit. Talking to Advocare people is almost as bad as talking to Crossfitters; they all think their products are #1 and everything else sucks. My boss (the gym owner) was the first person in our gym to introduce it to everyone, so he started selling it like crazy. Now, he's got so many people under him selling it, that he doesn't even sell it anymore; that's why our gym pushes that crap.

I'm thinking its time for me to either buy some more dumbbells or seriously think about joining a gym somewhere. I don't really wanna go to planet fitness b/c its a lot of people that go there and is always busy. But I started a week or two and I posted that my arms were 13" not flexed. Last night after I worked out my arms, I measured and it was like close to 14" not flexed and 14 1/2" flexed. Is this a pretty good start? I've been doing the 30lb dumbbells so my next question is should I buy 35 lb or should I go ahead and get the 40lb dumbbells

WEll damn, now you all got me second guessing what I did the first time. Can't remember if I measured flexing with my arm up(make bicep hump, hand above shoulder) or flex with my arm down (making bicep more flat and see tricep more, hand below shoulder) not sure how to explain both.

1" in a week? You on Tren or something lol? 1" in a year is progress! You can measure flexed or unflexed, but make sure you do it under the same conditions each time. I can measure pre-workout and unflexed at 16" and the go workout and flex and I'll have 16.75" arms. Make sure all the conditions are the same each time you measure.

When you flex at the gym to get the MMC and to show off... you do this -

Also, I did chest and tri's this morning and my ol' workout partner walked in! I asked him if he was lost. He said, "damn dude, I didn't realize Spring Break was 3 weeks out!" I was like, "what the fuck kinda progress are you gonna make in 3 weeks!?"

On chest and tri's day, I usually do 4 chest workouts, followed by 3 tri's workouts....he left after the first triceps workout lol
