Hey, dont be making fun of us gym goers that enjoy eating what ever the fuck we want.

 

So check this out, I have not been eating consistently but the intake has been healthier as of the past week. I have also been waking up feeling pukish. Yesterday I took 5 massive dumps with a few randoms yesterday. This morning I dumped out so much but here's the weird thing. I didn eat dinner last night. I mean I snacked on some nutella, peanut butter, and strawberries as well as some clementines but I was not motivated to cook the chicken. WTF body!

 

I must have miss measured the first time. Now I know and knowing is half the battle LOL I have had a couple people at work ask me if I've been working out.

But really... if you've been eating healthier you may have increased your fiber. Leafy greens, fibery breads (whole wheats) ... basically your body is regulating itself and cleaning out your system of the CRAP you've stored.

its okay.... takes awhile for you to see the change... that motivation that others give you, feels good right?

LOL, I have missed the past two months, inconsistent. That all changes today. Back to 4 days a week at minimum.
