A building I work in had a fire on Sunday. Nstar's transformer caught fire in the building. That was one of the fuses

You're right, all that extra power must be terrible

It's too pretty and pricey to be a trail truck but if I had the money to buy it and beat it up on a trail, I'd bet it'd be a ton of fun.

I bet it'd be a lot of fun when you pulled up beside some putz in a Jeep at the stoplight, and then blew his doors off when it changed to green.

Finally got the 2nd Gen stuck this weekend. Went out to camp yesterday and got stuck turning around. The snow was a foot of powder on top of an inch of ice (from the storms/melting in January) on top of another 6 inches of powder. I had no problem driving in, but turning around I dropped the front tires through the crust and that was all she wrote. The front frame was resting on the snow and there was no weight on the front tires, so everything just spun. Took me close to 45 minutes to shovel it out enough to drop the weight back onto the front tires, and then it was an easy out.
No trouble on the way out, either. Some rear axle judder going up a hill on the way out, but I put it into 4-lo and it went away.

You guys are a bad influence... Just ordered new tires and wheels from Discount Tire Direct. I like old school (machined with black) and got Vision Warrior's with Hankook DynaPro ATMs. Yeah, even having them put letters out too. Damn good price on the tires. They price matched another on line place and took $25.00 off each tire and $20.00 off each TPMS sensor. Anyone know of a place in CT that can program Schrader ez sensors to clone stock TPMS? That's the only thing DTD won't do even though I have the codes. Now stop showing me pictures of sliders, bumpers and lifts... :p

Some site called tirecrazy had them for that price. They were about 3 pages down in a google search. I chatted with DTD and they matched it no problem. The sensors were listed on Amazon for less and they included those too. I'm pretty damn pleased to say the least. Yeah, I'm cheap but were talking real money here. With the offset and tire size, they may require minor trimming (i.e. lifting...). I saved more than what 5200's cost. Now for tonight's dinner table conversation: "But dear I had to buy them... They were on sale" :D

Nice I liked those tires when I had them. DTD is where I got my wheels tires . They are great company to do business with.

Had a mini heart attack for a minute, forgetting you moved from Stoughton (which means I'd have similar accumulation at my house).
