    Whenever I get lazy, I switch to a 3 day routine. I do the exact same stuff, but just cram shoulders in with legs or something.

    Oh no, I don't! My leg and my shoulder days are my 2 shortest workouts, so I just combine them when I'm feeling a lazy week. If I never had to workout another muscle again, it'd be chest. I hate doing chest, although I love maxing out.

    Really, my favorite muscle to work out is shoulders then chest. I love the swoleasaures rex pump I get when doing both.

    Was just reading on the bb forums, seeing if anyone maintains sub 10% bf year round and a lot of (dedicated) people do. At the peak of my winter bulk, I'm around 15% b/c I eat whatever dafuq I want and I usually get down to about 9% in the summer.

    I was wondering if any of ya'll niqqas maintain 10% or below year-round. I've clean bulked before and it's just no fun!

    I don't have near enough will power and discipline to do a show. I would love to maintain a low bf, but actually getting to somewhere I'd like to stay is such a pain in the ass b/c I like crappy food and beer too much :anonymous:

    Haha that's me on the weekends. I'm pre-law, so study sessions are long and boring and I forget to eat, too. I usually have 2 days a week where I complete fuq up my diet by not hitting my macros. Worst feeling ever
