    So far I haven't really seen too many. I think they hang out in the tourist areas though. I saw few when I was downtown for brunch but I've been in Del Mar for the rest of the afternoon and haven't seen one.

    haha I agree. I used to go every year for a week and the homeless problem is bad there and no one seems to care. I saw 3 homeless people sleeping infront of Louis Vatton one night when my friends and I went wondering town. Also made the mistake of taking the subway at 12 am to china town with friends when we were in High School. We got back on very quick and went to the hotel fast.

    My sister lived in Brooklyn and now Manhattan, its not really a specific area just more like good block, bad block, good block lol

    12 am subway rides will find them for sure. I was at Coney Island and this lady just started yelling about how the 70's were good, 80's were bad, hoping the 90's will get better, then she walks off. And this was around 2008 I'd say, talk about lost touch with reality. Had another subway ride where this dude was telling his friend how much he loves crack and can't live without it. How good crack makes him feel when he wakes in the morning, makes him shit all over himself but its worth it. You have not seen crazy until you have seen NYC
