I only have small smittybilt accessories now (tire deflators and snatchblock), but I know a few people that had their winches (myself included), where it totally shatted on them (and me).

    Good evening,

If I may give my 2 cents.... Did you fold everything up in half first? I find that doing this it does not bunch up when you close the tent up. When you lift it up to close and leave the bag it bunches up in the fold. Causing a bind. So for me I fold everything in half first then close it up. I have my 3 10 lb bags and 3 pillows.
If you already knew this I apologize.
    Have a great night!

P.s. The set up looks great!

I take my pillows out, but leave everything else in. Two big flannel sleeping bags and a flannel blanket.

I'm thinking of getting two small pillows and the one big sleeping bag. I slept in mine without a pillow so a pillow will be an added luxury.

Yeah my wife bought massive fluffy pillows for the RTT so I just take them out. But I have a runner so I have plenty of space.

went camping over the weekend with the family and used my Autana tent on my trailer. I've had several people ask about how we all fit in the tent. My wife and I sleep in the upper part of the tent and my 4 kids sleep in the annex. I said I'd try to get a couple pics of how the setup is with the kids. It's kinda hard to get pics inside but here's what I've got. My kids are 13, 11 and 5 yr old twins. My twins sleep side to side behind the ladder, and my two older boys sleep front to back against either wall.

my 13 yr old against the wall, and the twins heads next to him.

My 11 year old against the other wall (don't let the blanket fool you, he has more room than it looks like) and the twins feet against him.

The nice thing about this setup is that it leaves space open in front of the ladder so any of us can get in and out of the tent without stepping on anyone.

With an 8x8' footprint in the annex there's quite a bit of room for the kids.

thats an impressive setup Adam, you think 2 adults could fit down in the annex if they had to? I've got an annex as well but i've never really thought about sharing the space down there(it'll be me and the misses) most likely.

Absolutely. You could easily fit two adults side to side behind the ladder. We have used a queen sized air mattress behind the ladder before. Or if they don't want to sleep that close to each other you could put one front to back on either side of the ladder.

he was talking to me lol. I made a comment after your post that could have been interpreted like that.. :p

Thats crazy.. a bigger tent would def hold more ppl. Not sure if i'd want all that company but if they were family or close friends i'd do it.

You just convinced me that I don't need a bigger tent. It looks like it's down the the Autana, Mt. Shasta or some fancy new model that comes out next month. Thanks for the pics and info... there's no substitute for first hand experience with this stuff.
