Tacomas In The Snow. Tired of it. I need to wash the salt off before my shit starts looking like your grocery wagon. There's literally a layer of crusty salt covering my truck. It's stupid.

 

I thought the same thing when my girl was 1... now she's 3 and she will not touch the ground where there is snow. She'll come outside while I'm shoveling to say "hey, you missed a spot"

 

That's hilarious! It's a rare occasion we can get Owen to wear mittens. Snow will be a lot more fun when the kids can actually play in it.

 

The towns around here are doing a horrible job clearing the roads. It sucks. The snow bank in front of my house is a good 4 feet high now from shoveling

 

Yup, I officially give up..last season with this thing before I buy an 8-10HP. I could barely move this stuff. Even if it's just fluffy, it only throws the snow about 4 feet tops.

same here too, Glastonbury public works ran out of the green stuff so theyre going back to sand and salt

I noticed that when I got off exit 8 on rt 2 and took back roads to Manchester. I'm also pretty sure Manchester was using a sand and salt combo.

 

Where in Mandhester are you? My buddy used to live on East Center St next to the small Chinese restaurant.

Well that was a light and fluffy storm. I got probably 8 inches of snow, but it was so light that I had to plow in low gear at low speed, otherwise it kept coating the windshield so bad that the wipers couldn't keep up. It was easy to push, at least. Really loving that heated cab for clearing the driveway, haha!
