I have a 2011 Tacoma 4 door 4X4. I am thinking about raising the front end a few inches to match the rear height. Local companies have told me that there are many sizes and kits to choose from. How do I know what kit is best for my truck re: quality, price etc.? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Just go with a set of Bilstein 5100's. They're ride height adjustable struts and will give you all the lift you need. I put them on my truck and it still rides smooth and gave me the lift I needed in the front.

Shouldn't this be in suspension instead of the 2nd Gen Tacoma Marketplace? ;)

He's new so its just a noob mistake. You can go with 5100s and I would recommend you throw on some eibach coils as well,

Thanks to all who posted with suggestions. I was not aware that this request should have been under suspensions. Thanks for having my back MGMTacolover55.

Im not picking on you. Welcome to TW
If you just want to do the front, measure you hub to fender. Find the difference between the front and back. IMO after you lift the front, you should still allow the back to be about a half inch higher to avoid looking like you have bro lean. Do 5100s all the way around.
5100 set at 0 with eibachs will give you about 1.6'' of lift.
5100s with stock coils at the second notch will give you 1.75'' but you are preloading the springs.
Put a 1/4'' spacer on the driver side to correct Taco lean.

No worries TacomaVT. Thanks for the measurement info. I'm taking my truck to my mechanic this week.
