    When I was in my teens and up until about 3 years ago, I had a six pack year-round. After I went to college and became a professional drinker for a few years, the damage was done. I shed fat pretty easily, I just don't ever stick with it lol

    The most I ever weighed was just over 160 in 2007 when I was in South Korea. Nothing to do but go to work, workout, eat, sleep, repeat. Lots of popeyes chicken and taco bell. but I still had abs...lol

    I usually stick around there year-round without issue. I don't obsess over the gym, nor do I have the illusion I'm going to make much of a difference past my genetic dealing without AAS or Eating until I want to puke for 3 months (bulking), then measuring everything out and eating hippy food or food that taste like paper (cutting).

    So I just cater my meals/eating towards recovery after the gym, then cater them towards feeling the best throughout the day. That plus hitting the gym 3x a week keeps me there pretty easily.

    pretty comfortable there, gonna try bump it up to 225-245 next week

    tried a set of 185 front squats, and damn...fronts really fuck you if your forms off
