8 things i wish toyota would do with the tacoma

man, if these are your only complaints then this thread is proof that our trucks rock.. auto up AND down on both windows woulda been nice.. a trip computer up top with the compass woulda been cool too considering theres a screen.. might as well done it..!

I want a cargo tray system for my reg cab sorta like some of the dodges, i can always take one from a 2010 model.

I remember trying to buy my first toyota back in 1990, seems like it was $9000 for a basic 4wd truck.

Accounting for inflation, $9000 in 1990 = $14,683.70 in 2009 according to THIS calculator.

I don't think you can buy a new 4x4 for that much, but I bought my '09 reg cab 5-lugger for less than that.

I agree with the sunroof. Also maybe an auxillary ipod connection like most other toyotas have. I love my Coma.

 

1. Bigger interior door handles, they are too small for my hands
2. Bigger foot pedals
3. Coin holder
4. Dash column shifter option
5. V8 engine option , which will never happen
6. V6 is fine but a little more power would be great.
7. A slower rain wiper setting
8. A lockable storage area under the rear seats.
9. A hidden lockable storage area somewhere under the truck to hide keys or other stuff, for when I go riding.
10. This may look funny but maybe a stepside option

 

Black or dark grey interior and a proper rear suspension!
