    Yeah, I'm leaning towards the curved profile. I'll make a template and cut almost to the line with the grinder. I'll finish the profile with the sanding disk.

    Not going to cut beyond the fender until it's necessary. There is also some internal bracing inside the bumper about four inches in, so I have to avoid that area.
