I've come to a point that when i get new tires, i'm either getting general grabbers 33x12.5 or bfg km2's 33x10.5. Which has less rolling resistance/ better mpg? The grabbers are 12.5" with weight of 65.1lb and km2's 12.5" are 59.5. If i got the km2's i'd plan on the 10.5's but i didn't see their weight on the website. Any experience with grabbers? KM2's have a solid review but i just love the look of the generals. Thanks

I believe you're going to rub like hell with 12.5" tires.

How do you plan on clearing the 33's? a 5 lug takes a good amount of lift to clear 33's i believe.

i have run 3 sets of KM2s and have been on my first set of Grabbers for the past two years...

while the Grabbers look bad ass, especially in 35s, they feel so much heavier than KM2s...

i dont have any experience with the grabbers but they do look sweet. KM2's are a great tire and i can guarantee i'll be buying another set when i'm due for tires.

Good luck and have fun making a 33x12.5 fit on a 5 lug...if they fit at all..

but KM2s over grabbers any day.

Thanks guys, i have my front shocks comin in, the 4600's and i'll see if those help with the spindle lift cause my truck looks a tad more then level with blown shocks. Depending on that i might get shackles for the rear and 51's. I'm ordering the bodylift from 4crawler (i know, BL's look like shit, yada yada) but i live on the east coast and dont see much besides gravel roads and mid sized trails. 4.88s will restore the power that i wanted back and if i got the 12.5's i'd throw on some bush wackers but you guys are leaning me more towards the km2's so i'm probably just gonna leave it without BWs.

    Thanks for advice and input!

I can never figure out the weird numbers they use for size. I have 285/75/16 KM2s...what size would 12.5 be?

I got a lot just ask what you want to know
i just got a set of grabbers 33x12.5 for my 2003 prerunner if your asking me i love the look and feel of them but it really depends on what your looking for in your truck. is it a daily driver is it a off road truck or is it all for looks. mines a daily and i have had friends say yes and no about grabbers. so run what i suggest is one a set of 4 of grabbers till they wear and than switch to the others and which ever you think are better use them. hope that helps. but if your looking at price i got my tires off simpletire.com for under $850 for shipping and everything.
