^^This was just a quick and sloppy pic of the output. Still practicing with the settings on my camera.. I did think it would be brighter, but guess that's what you get with the 10 watt deep reflectors. Still crazy bright though. That output pic really sucks, It really does look better and brighter. This one got washed out. I'll take better output pics later.
Oh and I still have my 8" pair to put back into the turn housing area, after I fab those brackets up.
So for right now just for the 42",20", and projectors, (didnt include the hood mounted amber sr-q's as they suck and will be getting replaced) I'm at 38,685 lumens. With the 8" pair it'll be 45,565. Then I plan on purchasing another 42" to double stack and that'll bring me to 67,730 lumens.
Also ended up with a very annoying, very loud high pitched whistle from wind noise. Oh well.

Looks great! I dig the mounts :)

    Custom?

That bar looks like the exact perfect size for your truck. And I really like how it lights up the TRD sticker :D

Yep custom. Was a total bitch to cut them using only a circular saw and handheld grinder. Need better fab tools! Gotta get me a bench grinder, band saw, drill press, and learn to master welding. They ended up sticking out higher than I thought they would. Was hoping for more of a low profile look. But I plan to use the same ones and just drill a hole, and add an extension on the top point of mount out to the second bar when I get it. Always thinking ahead, when it comes to lights:)

    Second bar will be mean!

I feel you fab pain. I had to build mine with a saber saw and 4-1/2" grinder. Luckily I have a small drill press and itty bitty welder. That helps a lot.

Mine came out the height I wanted, but ended up sticking out about an inch further than I wanted. But it's all good :)

I have a bar and I'd love to put mine where yours is in your sig...but I'm in CA and law requires me to run front and rear plates. :pout:

One good thing about florida is no inspections and basically no standards on vehicles

I mean, I don't think too much about it. There are newer BMW's and such without a front license plate. Not sure if they get them a little later than right off the lot..and the weeks following. People in my town run, literally run pink HID's. Cops don't seem to mind at all. Glare everywhere, LED bars on at night, blacked out tail lights so much you can't see the brakes come on at all. My luck, I'd be the 0.0000001% that'll get pulled over and ticketed.

Lol. I was driving on the highway tonight and came up behind behind a old little black pickup and his lights weren't even on at all!! Luckily I was the next lane over or I might've hit him as I was doing probly 10mph faster than he was. I flashed him twice with all my lights as I came up on him and passed him. Fucker. There was no oncoming traffic for a ways. But I couldn't resist as I was pissed at this guy. And after I pass him he finally turned them on. Probly shit his pants there for a second when his cab was flooded with light. Lmao. But yeah I am a little concerned someone might call the cops if I'm not careful running them on the roads. Like people in homes or walking. Cuz I'm careful enough not to use them at all when I see the slightest hint of oncoming traffic. But I drive about 15 miles home every day late at night on pretty vacant suburban roads. 12 miles or so of that is barely any traffic if any. So I use em every chance I get.
Oh and another thing that kinda annoys me with the roof mounted bar, is if my windshield is the slightest bit dusty, I get a ton of glare back at me. Have to get out and dust it off:/

Do you have bad hood glare? I'd think you would(unless maybe its complete spot beam) And yeah I use my lightbar instead of my highs now. Only when no cars are ahead of me

Yeah there's hood glare too. When I turned it on for the first time driving, my truck was filthy with a ton of dust on the windshield and the hood and I couldn't see anything with the glare. Since I washed it it's not bad at all on the hood. But as soon as even a light coat of dust collects, it is very noticeable but it didn't bother me after a few miles. Plus the actual beam coming out is noticeable. Lights up the night sky a blue color. Pretty crazy. Just have to keep my truck clean more often. Get me one of those quick dusters or something.

Pretty good output shot with my phone camera. Went driving around again tonight. Idk about this 10 watt bar. I thought it would put out a lot more light like I said before. I think the way to go would be to get one with the 5 watt leds. Not really sure it'll help much getting another to double stack. Maybe if its all flood. Hmmm...*

Idk if I'd double stack. Think it would increase hood glare

Lmao. Actually yes:) But no, that output shot is over exposed on my phone camera. But it shows how far the light travels anyways. You can tell cuz the ground in front of the truck is all washed out. Need to get a shot with my real camera. Batteries went dead on first couple shots. Ha. But yeah it's really not that bright in person. It's pretty bright. But I want MORE:)

This ones a little closer to actual output
