    Hey guys!

It's my little sisters birthday and she wants me to take her offroading for the first half of it - :woot:

She lives in flag so I'm going to be leaving there probably around 9:30sh to go out somewhere. I've only wheeled once in Flag, and once in Sedona.

I was thinking I might just go down Schnebly Hill again and maybe find some more dirt to play around in once I get to the bottom. Josh suggested going over to Hot Loop Trail last time I went but I didn't see what he was talking about. Is this just for hiking?

If anyone wants to join this brief outing and check out this alternate route into Sedona let me know.

If you have any other suggestions on places I could go once I get down into Sedona, or a better trail in Flag I'd appreciate the suggestions.

    :UPDATE:

I think I may do this one solo but still appreciate any tips. My sister is bringing her friends too and to make the experience easier on a bunch of 16 year olds I'll probably stick with Broken Arrow and not take along my TW friends :( till next time - I wanna try some more trails up here with you all

okay - doing a little bit of more research now

Looking at the greasy spoon and the steps @ broken arrow that some guys just went on. Sounds like it may be busy, but I'll make sure I don't run it backwards ;)

What are you going to do when you get stuck? Or are you just not admitting to going on a pink heep tour?

Schnebly and Hot loop are still closed I believe, they're shut down from like Dec-March for wildlife.

Broken Arrow is a easy fun trail that would be perfect for you guys.

Let me know next time you plan on going up to flag to offroad again. Moving there in a few months for school and I don't know where the trails are.

There is a trail in Flag that I always wanted to go down but never had anyone to follow me. It was very rutted out and always muddy. It is just down lake Mary road to the right after the mobile gas station.
I did quite a bit of exploring around lake kinikinick and lake ashurst when I lived up there. There is even a do it yourself wash station by the mobile that was always filled up with mud haha.

Exactly. LMAO NOT going on the pink jeep tour Jon, just the Pyrite Taco Tour.

Good to know I was about to take that shitty road down just so the kids could see the views. Phew thanks man.

Sounds good bud I'll always post a thread if I do and will definitely go up there in the near future again because my moms lives up north.

Down when this goes down - I like that area out there.

Jake or Cliff would probably be the best to field this question. I would love to go do this trail when the summer hits.

I have a feeling you'll be okay on most of them - I'll let you know how Broken Arrow is after Sat though.

I have a feeling that tread lightly will dictate that you dont go back there without 4x4 even knowing that you have the good driver mod. Just in looking at pictars of the 4 mile trial, thereare parts tthat traction will be low.

Stefen, doubtful man. Maaaaybe with a locker. Its a small, narrow trail.. so the speeds are slow. That's my reasoning behind it being doubtful. No room for skinny pedal.

It really wasss pretty twisty and narrow. Lots of fun but ya a little more sketchy then I thought it would be - was stuffing the tires a lot and would have probably had some problems if I didn't have the lift for one or 2 spots. Tons of pink jeeps ugh but plenty of spots to scoot out of the way.

Traction on the rocks was pretty good but I can see why just 4x4 is recommended.

    Steps were fun :D
