Hey Eric. I ordered a front bumber yesterday and was wondering what is the current lead time for the bumpers. My order number is 629.
    Thanks, Chris

Bumper finally came in Eric. They look really good can't wait to get them mounted up. Dropping then of at the shop to get rhino lined color matched next week. I will get pictures after everything is mounted up. Thanks for an awesome job man, now just need to get a guinea pig for the Ram bumpers!

So, I just got my bed crossbars in from you and installed them tonight and had a fit question. How tight are they supposed to fit? If I tighten down one side of the crossbar all the way down to the plate, there is about a half inch gap between the plate and the bed rail on the other side and the provided bolts won't reach. I might be able to get a little bit of thread on both sides if I get the crossbar perfectly centered but it was cold out and I didn't try too hard. Even then there would be a decent gap between the plate and the crossbar. Should I just go get longer bolts or is the gap not supposed to be there?

    Skyler,
Can you PM me some measurements of both the width between your bed rails from one side to the other, and also the spacing on the bed bars for comparison(pictures would be great)? I would appreciate them, and can then let you know what may be going on.
Unfortunately I did just have to let one of the welder's in my shop go due to him not building a parts to spec, and I had to scrap a few parts that I found which were incorrect.... There's a slim chance that the bars you received were not fabricated to the correct dimension, letting me know the measurements of your bars will let me determine what may be up with them and we can figure out a solution.

    Got it and replied.

And to those who may have had Bed Bars ship out last week, sorry guys it looks as though my employee (who's no longer with us;)) did happen to mess these bars up as well! Sorry about the issues. I'll be calling those who I may believe to be affected tomorrow. We'll be sending out correct (fabbed myself!) replacement's to you ASAP.

Sweet, thanks! Do you know the estimated delivery time? If they don't go out tomorrow feel free to ship late next week- I'll be on travel from Thursday to Saturday- no reason to let them sit outside in the snow.

NEW CB/WHIP bedside mounts. This is a prototype, but have the real deal in stock now!
Reversible, and allows you to mount your CB antenna(s) or Whip(s) anywhere along the bed rail system!
PM/eMail/ or call Eric at the shop for pricing/ordering! Should hit the online store soon.

    Eric,
Where you post the list of current builds could you do it by order numbers instead of names if there are no issues with doing it that way? Allows us to better judge where we are on the list and probably gives your customers a little more privacy.
    Thanks

    Eric,

Could you update the list of builds on the first page? I know I am ways out for my bumper but it will help me from going crazy by seeing my name/order number on the list.

    Thanks

I can see where you might not want a name posted, but I don't write down the full name so it shouldnt be too intrusive I dont believe. Main reason I use the names is it's easier for people to look at the list and see where they sit rather than digging back and trying to find their order number.

Certainly. It's a bit over due. Many orders on that list are gone or long gone from the shop. I'll try and get to it this evening, just been super busy after being forced to let my full time welder go so I've been in the shop picking up a lot of the welding duties on top of everything else.

Yeah, it's nearly finished, you're one of the oldest orders on my list. Sorry about that long wait, Mark!
You should be able to pick it up a little later this week(wednesday?). We apologize about the delay, I'd like to offer to install it for you no charge if you'd like us to. There's even a "mod day" this saturday at my shop if you want to pick it up this week and paint it and head back over here this saturday and meet a bunch of us locals and get it installed.

Thanks Eric. I do understand the contraints with letting your welder go.

Glad to see the list updated. Eric, were you able to get the Rigid templates for the cutouts figured out? Also, just wanted to double tap that the options discussed via PM for the HC rear were being applied to the bumper. Thanks again and hope to see the parts soon.
