Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
i had an AF dentist tell me on the way out that my wisdom teeth had plenty of room and would cause no issue. 1 1/2 years later, i was having to get them all cut out.

side note to scott, the air guard and reserves will take you until 35 :D no free healthcare in guard (unless on duty), but you can get tricare reserve.

A couple of my friends are wanting to go to Gulches ORV Park and want me to tag along. They plan to take the easy-intermediate trails(nothing above that). I'm a tad uncertain because a) my truck is a prerunner (bash all you want) and b) the place from what I've seen pictures/video of seems pretty rough. c) I've never been to this place and don't know if its required to have a 4x4 to even go. I was wondering if anybody had any experience going on these easy/intermediate trails with a prerunner.

Edit: Sorry to post randomly in the middle of a serious discussion.

Awesome place but Skip (owner) said with rain today and tomorrow on top of what they got early in the week will make for a wet park and he wont let prerunners in, no excuses. His rule due to the fact that pre runners will rut up the trails trying to get further into it and it tears them up. Im going to try and be there this Saturday but you really need sliders and skids at minimum to go in and have a good time.. best bet is to hitch a ride with a buddy! I do that a lot since ive been so much ive done about all I can do with ifs without absolutely destroying my truck.. My sig pic os from the TNT Rockgarden

Makes sense. I probably wouldn't want to take my truck in that kind of conditions anyway. For the future, is there any dirt roads/trails a prerunner could easily ride on? I saw something on here about Jumping Off Rock? :notsure:

Yeah the main trails really. But it's not worth the money to just ride the main trails IMO! If you have a locker then that helps. A lot of gas will get you a few places too. My sig is from TNT as well

I had heard that they frowned on this now. Which is ironic as Hell.....back in the day, we all had tats......a bunch of em! As long as the sleeves covered them, nothing was said.

    1) Main roads meaning? The one that takes you to the top for the "postcard" view and back or that on top of a few others?

    2) Just to clarify, are you referring to having the locker for the main roads?

I'm talkin at gulches the main trails would probably be best to stick to in a prerunner. It takes you around the park by the camp sites. And having a locker will let you do some of the easier trails that isn't the main trail. Skip doesn't really allow prerunners in the park anyway. You can slip past without anyone checkin but it's the fact of the matter

Pinnacle mountain RD. in NC isn't far, a prerunner should be able to do that easily. You can get there from green river RD. and HWY25. As long as a 4x4 is with you you could hit carver mill RD. in Spartanburg, lots of trails there.

Ah gotcha. I thought you were referring to Jumping Rock. That's why I was confused. If he doesn't really let prerunners in then I won't bother going unless I pick a ride with a friend.

Good luck Jeff. No parent should keep the other from seeing their child, unless there is a good reason - ie abuse.

I got told I had the flu when it was an ectopic pregnancy. Or the pediatrician wanna be that told me to just let my baby cry between feedings, and to keep to the 4 hour feeding schedule
