    The only thing that kills me is drinking da beers. I don't really eat THAT bad on my cheats, but the beer that's accompanied with my cheat day is what keeps my 6 pack from glistening

    About 15 on a Saturday lol....michelob ultra or natty light. That's about 1400 calories on top of what I eat! Since I've been cutting, I've completely cut out the beer and it makes a world of difference
