14 dcsb sub box question

Tried looking for a single 10" sub box for the taco but the taco tunes box got bad comments when it comes to shipping. Was wondering if anybody locally had one for sale or could build me one. Willing to pay for materials and time.

 

Thanks but already bought a jl 10tw3 just looking for a box. Had a guy selling a box on CL for the dc but was asking $200 for it.

 

I want to see your install when you get it in...planning on the same sub as well.

Yea will do. Still waiting for the truck to arrive actually but caught the bug when I started looking at this forum. Got the sub from eBay. New with shipping for $280.

Yea I thought about that but I don't have the time to make one. If I can't get one pre made for a decent price than I might just do it. From what I read its the backside that's pretty gnarly. Front and sides seem pretty straight forward.

 

Back in the day I would have done it. Made a custom box for my '99 extra cab that sat right between the 2 jump seats basically looked like a rear extension of the middle console. MDF, some basic tools, good too go.

 

i got a couple of sealed boxes made by Mr.Marv available made for a 10" i had them in my 07 double cab but dont need them anymore not sure how much shipping would be though lmk if you may be interested

 

Not sure if you use your back seats, but some guy has a box on CL right now. Looks like he took the seats out though.

I have the 12 inch version and it fits no problem behind the back seat.

 

That's a nice with a good price tag but I'm already buying one from a TW member. Thanks though.
