    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    when you use it again after the first time though, they tack on a percentage that can either be paid out or incorporated into the mortgage. when i used my VA loan for the second time (and the first was already paid off from the previous house sale), they tacked on ~$6k to the mortgage for it. still a good bet over the 10-20% down though.

    for 10% down, i'd have needed $19k to buy my current house. i'll gladly add the $6k to the back end of the mortgage.

    assholes...pretty much what that amounts to. did you mention to them that you had no time off and absolutely no way to spend time w/ family when you were deployed...lol
